The owner or branch manager Ross is awesome. He's helpful and super fast. I was in and out of his store a bunch over the few days on our departure end of our cross-country move because I suck at planning and refuse to take extra and return what I don't need based on principal... ugh. My damn principals. Newer store, super clean. Had what I needed. Thanks Ross.

Some people are nice here, some people need some serious people skills (Pam). Computer system was very slow. UHaul, spend some money and upgrade your system. Don't even try to return boxes without receipt. It is a nightmare. They send you a voucher in about a week. That is a joke. Trucks are nice. But they should be. I'm going out of my way to rent with another company. UHaul is short another $1k from me.
Staff is friendly and very helpful. We have used them several times. Great place to go.
