Amazing customer service!
Great salesmen I was extremly satisfied with my sales experience. However do not let them talk you into the Xzilon coating it does not work. I and another person I know got the xzilon x 3 coating the most expensive but he got his at a different dealership we where both told it would cover everything from industrial fallout to door dings to paint scratches and chips. One example i was given is if someone opens there door and it hits your vehicle and damages the paint its covered. So what do you know that happened to me and my friend had someone scratch there new car we went back to the dealerships and they said it does not cover paint chips or scratches that is why we spent $1400 on it cause we where told that it would be covered. Talked to my buddy who works at a well known body shop will not mention the name and he said none of that paint protectant stuff works at all its a scam. I would buy another vehicle from there but when they bring up the xzilon i would say no thanks already got scamed once.
Bought a used 2015 vehicle here two weeks ago. After one week check engine light goes on. No biggie take it in and am told to bring it back on the next Wednesday evening to have it looked at. Get there, and they tell me I'm dropping it off. No I'm supposed to get it fixed thats why I came on a night your open late. Sit there for 2.5 hours while they plug it in and diagnose. Finally get me a rental van but want me to return in the am and then get a shuttle to work and they will pick me up after. Yeah that didnt happen. Called in and he has the audacity to say that I told them I was going to get a coworker to bring me in. Umm we spoke about this last night and this morning and I talked to the driver who dropped me off making sure the plan was set. What the heck people. I'm not very confident in this place right now. Needless to say I am NOT taking the rental back until my car is done and can avoid this craziness.
They make you feel welcomed there. Also they want to work with you. No pressure
My experience at Schmit Bros. Auto was wonderful. My salesman was patient, kind, hospitable, understanding, and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again in the future.
What a great dealership. Best customer service anywhere! And oddly enough, an interesting bit of local history as well with Ford.
