Large selection of items, but the staff is quite unfriendly and the posted price only applies if you pay for a "Good Sam Motorclub" membership. The actual retail price is quite a bit more without the membership and therefore is quite deceiving. Clerk who checked me out was quite rude when I questioned the difference in price. Will not likely visit here again as items can be purchased at Amazon or other retailer for better price and without the poor attitude.
Great to have right in town for whatever I need for the rv. Ive had nothing but luck there and if they don't have it I order it on their website and its at my door quickly.
The sales and store staff are awesome-they should get 5 stars. Friendly, willing to stay to help at the end of a day, and very helpful. It was a great experience purchasing our RV. Service department is another story. They won't make an appointment even for a simple half hour repair, (which means 2 vehicles driving an hour to drop off, then 2 vehicles driving back after pick up-for a total of 4 hours time just to get it there and back) and when you do make an appointment they'll tell you that it'll be done in a week or two-then not have it ready. What's an appointment for if they aren't going to work on the vehicle for another 2 weeks?
We purchased our Coleman travel trailer there last September. It was a great experience. Our salesman John K. was awesome. He helped us through every step. They delivered our trailer and put our break controller in the same day. The general manager Chris was friendly and helpful also. The store is super clean, and has everything you could ever need for your camping needs. Highly recommend!!
My husband and I bought a brand new Coleman travel trailer from Camping World in Saukville last year. We've had several service issues and spent many months going through "no communication hell". We are going through it again due to more service issues and have finally had enough. We are currently considering purchasing a larger trailer or possibly a 5th wheel. Sales manager never even got back to me on price request for a newer, larger unit. After several attempts, we are giving up. After the terrible communication and lack of follow up, we decided we will not risk going through this in the future. We will be going elsewhere for our new camper for sure!
