I always cringe when it comes time to do my brakes. When I came here for an estimate, they told me I just needed the rears done and the fronts were going to be OK for a while. I can see any other shop charging me for work that I don't need. These guys definitely earned my trust. The cookies they left me when I picked up the car were good too.
I've never had anything but positive experiences. If something is wrong, they tell you. It's up to you to decide if you want to do it. I feel it's pay on a troubled situation now, than total replacement later.
Honest, accurate and fair priced service. Great customer service. They really know what they are doing and it's nice to have an auto mechanic you can trust. Cookies in your vehicle after the repair are a nice touch!
I have been dealing with them for a few years now with both my wife's and my car. I have always been pleased with the service and their honesty. It's hard to find someone who you feel you can trust. I feel comfortable returning to them for service every time. My most recent service was a battery replacement. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I learned about this shop from my employer and have been coming here ever since.
Dropped my car off to have an alignment done. Another shop told me that I would need a 4-wheel alignment, but Advantage told me that wasn't true and I only needed the (cheaper) 2-wheel alignment done. Advantage checked out the components of the car and alerted me that there were a few things that should be replaced (and offered estimates for getting them done right away). I declined the repairs for now and they were still able to perform the alignment. The car was completed at the promised time and they communicated all status updates to me promptly (didn't have to call and keep checking, like I've had to do with plenty of other places!). On top of all that, 2 fresh cookies were waiting in the car for me when I returned!
